Two companies, too many platforms
“When we were looking for a new workforce comms tool, we were actually trying to solve a number of different challenges,” explained Louise Johnson, Head of Transformational Communications at M&G Prudential. The business was undergoing an enormous amount of change as M&G and the Prudential companies were coming together. Before SocialChorus, M&G Prudential employees had several different platforms and tools to check on a daily basis. Line managers had an increased workload as they had to share news in each location to ensure their teams were up to date.
