Two companies, too many platforms
“When we were looking for a new workforce comms tool, we were actually trying to solve a number of different challenges,” explained Louise Johnson, Head of Transformational Communications at M&GPrudential. The business was undergoing an enormous amount of change as M&G and the Prudential companies were coming together. Before SocialChorus, M&GPrudential employees had several different platforms and tools to check on a daily basis. Line managers had an increased workload as they had to share news in each location to ensure their teams were up to date.

What used to take 20 minutes now takes 20 seconds. “It’s very intuitive, it means you can go in and change things live as they are happening and keep people up to date,” says Louise.
