In the Age of Distraction, it’s getting harder and harder for leaders to cut through the noise and connect with their teams. Thousands of leaders have taken the original Video Like a Boss training in person or read the book – including the management teams of the Fortune 500.

Telling Great Stories is a new workshop that expands on that success. It provides a framework that can be used beyond video, but also at all-hands meetings, small group settings, and different communication mediums.

Join us on October 30, 2018 for a 2-hour workshop that will teach you how to connect with your teams by telling concise and compelling stories that move your employees to action. You will learn how to:

  • Set your audience hook and establish the tension
  • Deliver your key messages with precision and power
  • Establish the payoff for audiences and call them to action.

Using a series of short exercises you will develop a 60-90 second story that will engage your audience. And then you will make a video of this talk! If you complete this workshop, you will be able to teach your peers and the rest of the leadership team these same techniques – so the leadership communications at your organization can improve immediately.
